In a Tehran youth detention centre, detainees have the right to short furloughs, as long as their family provides sufficient Bail to guarantee their return. The detention centre’s governor decides to help those without family to take advantage of this right. He asks them to swear on the Quran that they will return to the centre once their period of leave expires. Emkan, detained for two years, refuses this arrangement. The following day, the governor asks him to merely give his word to return. Once out, Emkan contacts his friend, Kaveh, who works for a small theatre in an industrial town. Will Emkan keep his word?

We see the success story of twin brothers who emerged from the struggle. While doing this, the sound of drums from our traditional culture is accompanied in some places, and western style music in others. Together with our chief wrestlers, we aim to endear our traditional culture to the audience and the next generation. Some parts of our documentary include the wrestling matches of Başwrestlers İsmail BalaBan and Turan BalaBan. The wrestlers' lubrication before the competition and their walks are featured in our film.

Living a life tied to an old, worn-down house, Nidhi makes a phone call to her childhood self. “You are me,” she says. In the film, the protagonist moves through the house, capturing sounds with a boom mic and transmitting her words Back to the past. In the place full of spirits, the interplay between past and present is expressed through sounds. Nidhi’s childhood memories are stained with the absence of her father and her mother’s depression, and now, as an adult, she finds herself sinking into the same deep depression her mother once experienced. Poetically portraying a woman’s inner world, this film presents a mother-daughter relationship tangled in love and resentment, all seeming to merge into a single character—the narrator. In the final scene, as Nidhi finally steps out of the house, the camera, which had been confined to the dark interior of the house, captures a ghostly gaze moving across an open space, layering the scene with deeper meaning.
