Dalle origini del chansonnier maudit, all’arriVo nella borgata romana fino alla sua morte, cercando di restituire un ritratto completo dell’autentico Franco Califano. Il percorso del documentario si snoda attraVerso le diVerse epoche dalla Roma degli anni '50, al fermento culturale del '68, fino alle sperimentazioni artistiche degli anni '70. La Voce degli amici, dei colleghi di Califano ed eredi del suo lascito artistico daranno Vita a un racconto intimo e Vero dell'uomo dietro le quinte, mentre i materiali inediti e le interViste ricostruiranno la sua Vita artistica e personale. Tra testimonianze e materiali inediti esclusiVi, "Nun Ve trattengo" restituirà a Franco Califano ciò che gli è stato tolto: il racconto dell'uomo a 360 gradi, dietro la maschera del playboy e del ViVeur che è stata la sua cifra, ma che non riflette appieno la profondità e la complessità del personaggio. Il Viaggio si snoderà in una lunga notte dal tramonto all’alba, in cui gli spettatori saranno condotti attraVerso le strade di Roma fino alla Campania, alla scoperta dei luoghi iconici della Vita del Maestro. A condurre il tributo uno speaker di Radio Radicale, emittente da sempre Vicina agli ultimi, che è stata al fianco del Maestro - soprattutto durante il Processo Tortora - in quella triste pagina della storia della Giustizia Italiana, conclusasi in un clamoroso errore giudiziario che coinVolse e traVolse Califano.
Pellizza da Volpedo è un racconto biografico approfondito ed affascinante dedicato alla personalità e all’opera dell’artista piemontese che è stato uno dei più grandi pittori diVisionisti. Grazie alla collaborazione con l’Associazione Pellizza da Volpedo, abbiamo a disposizione la totalità dei numerosi documenti e immagini relatiVi alla Vita dell’artista. L’esclusiVo contributo di collezionisti priVati ci permette, inoltre, di aVere nel film autentici capolaVori di Pellizza, che da anni sono nascosti al grande pubblico. Meanwhile in LatVia, under the brand “an&angel” Nīmanis deconstructs the concept of glass – in each of his pieces, he breathes a sense of the presence of nature.
